Shipping & returns
Dispatch
Orders are packed by hand in London and sent tracked with Royal Mail within 7 working days, except pre-orders (see below).
Pre-orders
Pre-orders ship on their release date, shown on the release page.
If your order combines a pre-order with records already in stock, everything ships together once the pre-order is released.
Postage
Postage is calculated at checkout for your whole basket, so several records ship together for one combined charge.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). If you pay with a non-UK card, your bank may add a currency conversion fee.
Hold for later bundling
Buying more than one release over time? Tick Hold for later bundling in your basket. Your order is paid for and held here, with no postage charged yet. Choose Hold again on any later orders.
When you’re ready, email us and we’ll send one invoice for combined postage on everything held. Nothing ships until that invoice is paid.
Where we ship
We ship to the countries offered at checkout. If yours isn’t listed, email us and we’ll see what we can do.
VAT and import charges
Infinite Expanse isn’t VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to physical orders.
UK: the price at checkout is the full price.
EU, Norway and Switzerland: we can’t collect import VAT at checkout. When your parcel arrives, your carrier may ask you to pay import VAT and a handling fee. EU parcels may also carry a customs duty of €3 per item type. These charges are set by customs and your carrier, not by us, and we don’t receive any of them.
Elsewhere: local import taxes or duties may apply.
If a parcel is refused or returned to us unclaimed, we’ll refund the cost of the records once it’s back with us. We won’t refund the original postage.
Digital downloads
Downloads are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which handles VAT on our behalf. The price shown already includes any VAT due. After payment, Lemon Squeezy emails you a download link.
Cancellations & returns
We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please check your order before you buy.
Damaged or faulty? Email us a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you, including postage.
Digital downloads: once you’ve started downloading, they can’t be cancelled. If a file is faulty, email us and we’ll put it right.
Parcel not arrived? Every order is tracked. Email us with your order details and we’ll follow it up.

Orders placed on our Bandcamp page are covered by Bandcamp’s own terms.
